Church Pulpit

Arc2 Pulpit - 60cm/24" wide - anti reflective film

About this church pulpit:

This is the 60cm wide Arc2 pulpit with anti reflective film.

The Arc2 range is available in 2 top sizes: 60cm wide and 70cm wide. For churches that need to bump in and out, or move the pulpit through doorways a lot, the 60cm wide Arc2 pulpit is ideal.  The smaller top allows it to be carried through a door frame more easily, and it conveniently fits across a car back seat.

The Arc2 range is available with or without anti reflective film on the top. This version has anti reflective film. This eliminates reflections, which may occur from stage lighting. It is important if you have a projector screen behind the speaker. Click here for more information on anti reflective film.

The Arc2 church pulpit feels more solid and stable than the Arc1. Almost all people who compare them in person, choose to spend the extra money on the Arc2. You can see the video and diagram on the Arc1 page to compare them.

More detail:

This Arc2 church pulpits are the choice for churches that can buy the best.

The Arc2 is seen on TV on the Hillsong channel. It is found in churches in Australia, NZ, Canada, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Norway, South Africa, the Congo, Ghana, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Philippines, Angola, Russia, Ukraine,  USA… you get the idea.

Why are they so popular?
1. They are slimline. It encourages the congregation to engage with the speaker.

2. You can lift it with one hand. Its fairly common for a stage manager to carry the pulpit on with one hand, and the water table on with the other.

3. They work in a wide range of interiors- because we use neutral materials. In a wooden church it reflects the warmth of the wood. In a modern black auditorium,  it reflects the black interior of the building.

4. They feel solid and stable to use, yet you can lift it with one hand. Stainless steel is great because it is durable, but it is also heavy. We have developed a method to make our stems hollow. This keeps the strength, but removes the weight.

5. They are durable- this will possibly be the last pulpit you ever buy. We use 304 stainless steel (the same type of stainless used in high end kitchen sinks). We use acrylic from German brand Plexiglass. In the (unlikely) event that you damage or break a top- you can buy a replacement.

6. We want them to be the best because we know pastors who use our pulpits (including our own church).

7. They are made in Australia. You get the quality of production of a first world economy.

8. We sell direct. You are not paying for a retailer mark up (often this ends up doubling the price).

9. They are relatively expensive for a church pulpit, but relatively cheap when you compare them to expensive Italian furniture. The quality is closer to expensive Italian furniture.

10. You can fit it across the back seat of a car (even a small car will be fine). A good tip is to put the centre seat belt over the stem of the pulpit.
It is also easy to disassemble. Many churches dismantle the pulpit completely (or just remove the top) every weekend.

You can see this in more detail in our frequently asked questions section

This is the version with anti reflective film (slightly frosted). Most churches purchase pulpits with the film. Film is mainly needed if you have a projector screen behind the preacher.  You can test if you need film by turning on your stage lights and holding an old style (shiny) CD case where the lectern top would be. If you get unsightly reflections, you need the film.

If purchasing this lectern, we highly recommend that you also purchase a cover to put on the top when it is not in use (see the "you might be interested in" section below). The film on the top is easily damaged. A cover helps to prolong its life. It’s essential if the lectern is going to be moved around.

Requires assembly (about 5 minutes- we include the tools). Made by us in Australia. Freight prices are below.
