Telescope

The Telescope pulpit was first shown in prototype form at the 2006 London Christian Resources Exhibition, with an overwhelming response. The minimalist style avoids the use of a lever and instead uses a small push button that allows the top to rise and fall. The button is set behind the reading area to avoid accidental operation. As with the Arc lectern, stainless steel has been used as it reflects the surface finishes around it, maing it appear aesthetically pleasing in a variety of interiors, from contemporary to more traditional. Like other lecterns in the Procson range, the Telescope is light enough to be moved comfortably by one person. Almost all churches also purchase the cover because it helps prevent damage to the top when the pulpit is not in use.
